Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings split at the joint and tips removed, if using frozen, thaw beforehand
- Kosher salt
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
- Carrot and celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Place the butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and melt in two 30-second intervals if necessary. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray. Preheat at 360°F for 5 minutes.

- Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, then carefully flip the wings and fry for another 12 minutes. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 400°F and fry for 5 minutes, or until the outsides are crispy.

- For even more flavor, coat the chicken wings in your favorite seasoning blend before cooking.
- Use your favorite Buffalo sauce! For a little kick, add a few splashes of hot sauce into the butter/Buffalo sauce mixture.
- Chicken is cooked through when the internal temperature of the thickest part reaches 165°F. Use an instant-read meat thermometer to be sure.

How to Store
