I used nectarines instead of peaches (my preference) and sprinkled with toasted pistachios.

I make this with a little crushed graham crackers over top of ice cream and i used pecans…delish!

So I’ve never grilled peaches which is just slightly ridiculous! We do pineapple all the time … but I need to make the peaches happen! And with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel … I mean c’mon!
