Just really enjoyed the flavours. These flavours suite me. There was a bit of the salsa left over so I added a splash of Green Tabasco which for me took the salso to another level.

It is amazing! I don’t grill it but fry it in a pan with just a little olive oil. I always serve it with rice (I put some of the salsa on my rice too) and asparagus!
